The Port Lincoln Council confirmed the festival will make its long-awaited return in January 2026, bringing three days of community spirit to our city.

The festival plans to embrace the focus on our city’s status as the Seafood Capital of Australia.

Leading event management company SRO Events have been appointed to deliver the reimagined vision of the festival.

Mayor Diana Mislov said the festival’s return is an exciting moment for our community.

“By showcasing our incredible seafood industry, our diverse multicultural community, and our rich local produce, we’re creating an event that not only honours our past but also looks boldly to the future,” she said.

As part of the preparations, the Council are seeking community members to have their say on the guidance of the festival via a ‘Tunarama Reference Group’.
