Locals Reminded to Keep Pooches Away from Easter Eggs

Vets have issued their annual reminder to make sure dogs can’t get to the Easter egg hunt.

Vet doctor Julia Ferguson says every year on Easter, dogs are brought in after getting to hidden eggs.

She says along with the high fat and sugar content in chocolate, there’s another component, theobromine, which poses a risk to our pooches.
