Two Year 4 classes from Port Lincoln’s Navigator College visited Council Chambers on Monday, 31 July as part of their civil studies.
Port Lincoln Mayor Diana Mislov hosted the classes and answered their questions, ranging from her favourite colour to how youth can get involved in council decisions.
The council hope to develop their Youth Action Plan during this budget year, as the state government seeks feedback on their proposed 2023-2026 plan.

Mayor Mislov encourages local residents to participate in the state’s Youth Action Plan survey, which the council may model its own plan around.
