Lincoln’s new foreshore playground to open to the public

After a number of delays, Port Lincoln’s new foreshore playspace will open to the public this afternoon.

The nature and adventure playspace will celebrate its official grand opening on Monday June 5th at 4pm.

The new playground celebrates Barngala storytelling, with local first nations artwork and a water feature, as well as including inclusive play equipment for those with a disability.

The playspace has been funded by the City of Port Lincoln and the State Government through its Local Government Infrastructure Partnership Program.
