The Eyre Peninsula saw the best January result for average occupancy on record, according to the latest regional accommodation data.
Over the nights in January, 134,000 rooms were occupied across regional SA, with the EP seeing an average occupancy of 77 per cent across the month.
January also saw revenue of $25.2 million in regional SA, the highest monthly revenue ever recorded.

SA Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison, said with last month its best Feburary, we’re now at nine consecutive months of record-breaking occupancy rates in the regions, showing no signs of slowing down.
