Housing, workforce availability, and the transition to net-zero in the regions were discussed at the recent Regional Development Australia National Forum.
Four board members from RDA Eyre Peninsula were in attendance at the Toowoomba conference, where Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories Kristy McBain launched the government’s new RDA charter.
The new charter supports a cohesive approach to delivering regional investment, efficient communication across governments to make regional investment work better, and placing regions and their people at the centre of decision making.
