A man has lost his licence after he was caught drink driving while his car was on fire in Lincoln National Park.
Police and the CFS responded to reports of a four wheel drive engulfed in flames just after 7pm on Tuesday, 18 March.
CFS crews extinguished the fire, which had spread to surrounding scrubland.
Police conducted a check on the driver, where it was revealed the 58-year-old was disqualified from driving.
He underwent a breath test, where he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.115.
The Tulka man was reported for drink driving and driving while disqualified and was issued with a six-month immediate loss of licence.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
The car fire is believed to have started due to a mechanical issue.
