The CFS have extinguished a fire that broke out in Wangary over the weekend.
The fire was reported just after 11pm on Saturday at the intersection of Flinders Highway and Coffin Bay Road.
CFS volunteers on six trucks worked to contain the fire and remained on scene to ensure the blaze remained extinguished.

They were supported by farm fire units and machinery which prevented the fire from spreading to neighbouring properties.
The cause is not yet known.
