Australian Salmon Fishing Championships continue

The Australian Salmon Fishing Championships will continue this week.

Now in its 30th year, the event is being held at Elliston over the next three months.

Prizes include $2000 for the heaviest salmon and $750 for the second heaviest.

Last year’s $2000 prize winner was a Tumby Bay local who caught a 4.48kg salmon.
