Over $1.5 million worth of illegal tobacco and almost $450,000 in cash has been discovered as part of Operation Eclipse.
31 premises in Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Whyalla and Port Lincoln were raided, in locations including tobacconists, barber shops, gift shops, shopping marts, commercial storage facilities and residential properties.
A 51-year-old Whyalla Playford man was arrested, after he was allegedly found unlawfully possessing over $225,000 in cash.

33 arrests have been made as part of the operation, for offences including blackmail, arson, money laundering and serious criminal trespass.
There have been 179 premises searched, with more than $2 million in cash, and almost $16.2 million in tobacco seized.
