The State Government is putting a further $168 million towards road safety following a horror year on SA roads.
With around half of the 109 road fatalities occurring in the regions, the investment will include funding for regional works.
Upgrades will include shoulder sealing, roadside barriers, lane and curve widening, and pavement works.

All work undertaken will be done to at least a 3-star safety rating level.
Projects and locations will be determined throughout 2024.
