Community Bank Cummins are retaining and upskilling workers in the region with the Cummins District Community Upskill Program.
The program is aimed at individuals from Cummins and surrounding areas aged over 21 who want to pursue higher education next year.
Last year, Community Bank funded four academically-motivated applicants with scholarships to help further their studies.
