Speed limits are being reduced on all South Australian beaches this summer.
From December, the default speed limit on beaches will be 40 km/h and, unless otherwise signposted, 25 km/h within 50 m of a pedestrian.
Changes to the Road Traffic Act 1961 will come into effect after a six-week education campaign.
