Port Lincoln Mayor Diana Mislov is bringing new insights back to the city after attending a Mayor and CEO Forum in the Barossa last week from 6-7 July.
The forum’s theme was ‘Leading behaviour – a united approach’, involving an in-depth look at the new Behavioural Management Frameworks, Standards and Panel.
The forum also included tips on relationship rituals, role clarity, leadership, effective team-building and respectful disagreement.

Mayor Mislov says the forum was an excellent training course and networking opportunity.
She connected with other mayors from around SA who offered leadership-strengthening advice.
