A 43-year-old man lost his licence after he was caught drink driving in Port Lincoln on Wednesday night.
Around 9:35pm, police stopped the man’s Hyundai station wagon on Monalena Street for a breath test.
He allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.161, and checks on his licence revealed he was disqualified from driving.

He was issued with an instant loss of licence for 12 months and his car was impounded.
He will be summonsed to attend court at a later date.
