Local libraries call for state-wide funding to be reinstated

Lower Eyre Council and the District Council of Streaky Bay are encouraging library users to share why their local library is important to them.

These Eyre Peninsula council’s are supporting the Local Government Association of South Australia’s campaign to restore $16 million of lost state government funding.

The Lower Eyre Council says you can help by spreading the word and encouraging those around you to visit their local library.
